The Housing Office is here to assist you with any residence-related questions. They can also help you navigate the StarRez Portal, process meal plan top-ups in person, and provide information about living in residence next year.
Keeping You Informed
You will also hear from the Housing Office with updates throughout the year. From emails about upcoming events and leadership opportunities, important deadline reminders, or health and safety announcements, learn how the Housing Office will keep you informed during your time in residence.

Residence Assistance On-Duty (RAD)
RAD numbers are displayed throughout housing facilities. Residents are encouraged to note their facility鈥檚 RAD number by writing it down or saving it in their phone.
If, for some reason, you are unable to get through due to a busy signal or an "Out of Service" message, leave a message on the RAD's door.
If the RAD does not contact you within a reasonable period please report your situation to an ORS council member.
