All residents staying in the 免费福利资源在线看片 of Lethbridge residences including International Students are required to have insurance coverage for the duration of the single student license agreement.
Forms
Residents may wish to apply to change the status from alcohol-free to alcohol permitted in their rooms. A completed Consent for Alcohol in Room form must be approved by Housing Services. The forms must be signed by all roommates, and the floor RA and then submitted to Housing for consideration. Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the form submission. Housing will communicate with the students, RA鈥檚, and Security within a week of form submission.
The overnight guest registry form is required for all overnight guest stays. The host resident is at all times, responsible for the behavior, actions, and/or damage caused by their guest. Violations resulting from the above behaviors can result in further guest privileges being suspended for the remainder of the term OR a Notice to Vacate being served by the Housing office. The Housing Office and the ORS attempt to administer these guidelines with a degree of fairness to ALL residents. Attempts to abuse the process will result in the suspension of guest privilege. Please note: Summer accommodation for parents can be booked through the Lux Hotel on campus.
A completed room change request form must be approved by Housing Services. (The student account will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable fee once a room change has been approved). Restricted Periods: First two weeks of any given term and once 22-hour quiet hours have started within each term.

At the beginning of each year, we host a New Resident Orientation.
We ask all students living on campus at ULethbridge for the first time to attend. During this orientation, you will be given important information such as our Campus Safety number, Residence Assistant on Duty (RAD) numbers for your facility, and what that means. You will also be introduced to the Campus Life Housing Team that oversees all the Residence Assistants (RA) in your facility.
This is a quick orientation to build a safe and welcoming community in the space you will call home for the next 8 months. Above are the times for the two sessions. Please attend the time that corresponds to the place you are living in.
Your Residence Assistant (RA) will coordinate a meeting place with you and your fellow residents to guide you to the New Resident Orientation (NRO).

This presentation has important information that will help you succeed in On-Campus Housing, the 免费福利资源在线看片 of Lethbridge, and the City of Lethbridge. We ask all International Students living on campus at the U of L for the first time to attend.
If you are not new to campus or On-Campus Housing, you are still invited! Some information might be new to you.
