Looking to book an Appointment at the UofL Health Centre?

Online booking is available only to registered students who have previously been seen at the Health Centre.

If you are a new patient, please complete the New Patient Registration Form and email it to health.centre@uleth.ca . Once your chart has been created, you will be able to book appointments online.

Please Note:
  • Book one concern per appointment when booking online.
    • If you need more than one issue addressed, please email or call the Health Centre to schedule.
  • Not all appointment types can be booked online.
    • If you do not see an option that matches your concern, please contact us to book.
  • Not all providers are available through online booking.
    • Online booking is not availalbe for the following providers:
      • AHS Mental Health Therapists
      • Dr. Opperman
      • Dr. van Waes
      • Dr. Smart
      • RN or LPN
