References only have to complete this online form for the student once and it will be applied to all applicable internal scholarships that require reference letters. It is important to note you must complete this form as hard copy/emailed letters cannot be accepted. You must complete and submit your reference prior to the student submitting their application therefore it has to be complete on or before May 15th.
To access the reference form, use the link provided in the email invitation OR go to , select the referee and reviewers tab on the sign-in page.

Once you鈥檝e reached the referee form page fill out the descriptive information about the applicant including how you know the student, how long have you known him/her, and how you would rate their academic excellence. Following this section please provide assessments of the student鈥檚 abilities in the following categories using concrete examples. Please be aware, you are not uploading a pdf file but rather filling in text boxes provided.

You may open, save, and edit your work as many times as you please before submitting the form with the button on the bottom right-hand corner. Travel awards such as the AB Travel Incentive & Dissemination Awards do not require reference letters and students can apply at anytime.
