Available Services on Convocation Day
Graduation Photographs
For a limited time during the fall and spring terms, the Students' Union provides photo services on campus. A variety of pose and package options are available, and full regalia is provided. Contact the for more information.
There are also two opportunities for professional photographs on convocation day:
- During the conferral process, Grad Images will be taking two or three photos of each graduate. These photos can be approximately two weeks after the ceremony.
- A backstage photo before they cross the stage
- An on-stage photo of them shaking hands with the Chancellor / receiving their parchment
- Optional: A photo with the Chancellor (located on the second floor of the gymnasium on the track)
- There will also be a professional sit-down photo service for graduates immediately after each ceremony outside of the gymnasium on level 2 of the Co-op Centre for Sport and Wellness. You will be able to view the proofs electronically and make your selections. No appointments are necessary as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a sitting fee.
Graduation Video Clip
Complementary of Alumni Association, each grad will receive a short clip of them crossing the stage.
This will be emailed to graduates after they complete a short survey following convocation. Keep an eye on your @uleth.ca emails for the survey and to receive your video!
Alumni Association - Parchment Frames, Fiat Lux Rings, etc.
The 免费福利资源在线看片 of Lethbridge Alumni Association will be on site to sell parchment frames, the official ULethbridge Fiat Lux Ring and other alumni memorabilia. Alumni memorabilia can be purchased at the booth directly across from the track doors in the Co-Op Centre for Sport and Wellness.
The Fiat Lux Ring is only available to ULethbridge alumni. Cast in sterling silver, the Fiat Lux Ring embodies the memories, traditions and pride that tie our alumni together. These can be ordered on the day of your ceremony or you can order one here.
The 免费福利资源在线看片's iconic emblem, the sun, is emblazoned on the band and is bordered by our motto, Fiat Lux, Let there be light. Each ring is individually engraved with a number inside, permanently assigned to you.
Parchments can be framed in one of five high-quality, Canadian-made frames, with an acid-free mat and the ULethbridge shield. These can be purchased on the day of your ceremony or you can browse them here.

Bookstore
The ULethbridge Bookstore will be on site at convocation. Make your memories last with a great selection of ULethbridge memorabilia and swag. Grad ring specialists will be available to help personalize a ring unique to your experience.
Flowers
Fresh flowers will be available for purchase in the foyer of the Co-op Centre before, during, and after the convocation ceremonies. Flowers can be presented to the graduates after the ceremony; they cannot be taken onto the platform during the ceremony.
