Philosophy Commons
The Philosophy Commons is a welcoming space for all philosophy students (undergraduate and graduate, minors and majors) to engage with each other philosophically. This environment has been developed for students to exchange, support, challenge, and strengthen their ideas. Students can embark on a cooperative journey to work through various topics in philosophy, encourage conversations, pose questions, assist in understanding philosophical material, or just hang out.
A monthly events calendar will also be posted on the commons door detailing any special events, grad student office hours, reading groups, Philosophy Club meetings, and other pertinent information. Students looking for information on the Philosophy Club can access more information within the Philosophy Commons.
The Philosophy Commons is student-run, and we are always happy to welcome new students who want to get engaged or organize events or gatherings of their own. Share your ideas with us!
