Dr. Anne Dymond | 2019 Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge Volunteer Award Recipient

Dr. Anne Dymond, an art history professor in the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge’s Faculty of Fine Arts, could not sit idly by as a humanitarian crisis was unfolding in Syria. Dymond has been a central figure in bringing people displaced by violence to the city of Lethbridge, first by forming the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬'s Refugee Action Committee, then by helping uLethbridge students establish a World Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ Service of Canada chapter to sponsor a student refugee.
