Just over a week old, this year's challenge is already off to a great start. One of the twists this time around was the introduction of a Name Your Team contest. Establishing a lifelong habit of physical activity doesn't just happen automatically. Making movement a part of everyday life is an intentional act. Let's make the conscious decision to be active everyday &ndash; but have fun while doing so!</p> <p>How do you record your activity?</p> <p><strong>Walking/Running</strong> &ndash; Each step you take all day, every day counts. You can either record your distance or your steps. Prizes will be awarded for both.<br> <strong>Swimming</strong> &ndash; Each 50-metre lap you swim is counted.<br> <strong>Cycling</strong> &ndash; Cycling is measured either in time cycled or kilometres cycled. Malawi Girls on the Move is a Malawian/Canadian organization dedicated to helping young Malawian women achieve self-sufficiency through education.<br> <br> Roots &amp; Wings International, based in rural Guatemala, creates educational opportunities to promote development as defined by local communities.<br> <br> The 免费福利资源在线看片 of Lethbridge Rotaract Club hopes to provide these organizations with funding to promote educational opportunities and school construction, and has set a goal of approximately $10,000 for this event.<br> <br> "Rotary District 5360, comprised of communities in southern Alberta including Lethbridge, has recently had the pleasure of hosting Malawi Girls on the Move directors Christie Johnson and Memory Mdyetseni," says Rotaract vice-president, external Kristina Larkin.<br> <br> "The U of L Rotaract Club is excited to continue the district's support of this very worthy group.
