If time permits, he will also open discussion on the prospect of a Triple E Senate.<br> <br> The talk is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. in Turcotte Hall (room TH277).<br> <br> After a long and successful career as a musician and television show host, Tommy Banks was appointed to the Senate on the advice of the Rt. Hon. Jean Chretien in April, 2000.
