Office of Postdoctoral Affairs
The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (PDA) is responsible for coordinating postdoctoral affairs on campus.

Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge Postdoctoral Fellows Association (ULPA)
The ULPA represents postdoctoral fellows (PDFs) on the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge campus. Working closely with the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, the executive council meets monthly, allowing members to discuss concerns and brainstorm ideas to create positive changes and outcomes.
Membership to ULPA is automatic for all current postdocs on campus. The association is able to put new postdocs in touch with members of the research community across all departments, representing a powerful network for sharing knowledge, creating connections, and raising your profile.
Professional Development
The Professional Development for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows is an initiative by the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge to provide professional development opportunities to support career success. Professional Development offers opportunities in three main skill sets – teaching, research, and professional and career development.
Teaching Centre
The Teaching Centre offers workshops for postdoctoral fellows on topics such as lesson planning, assessment of student learning, learning styles, classroom management, questioning strategies, professional relations with students and self-assessment.
Continuing Education
The Continuing Education Centre offers workshops for postdoctoral fellows on a range of topics to expand upon the knowledge you currently have.

The Elevate Training portfolio is an exclusive professional development curriculum that prepares Elevate fellows for success as leaders in research and industry. The Elevate Training curriculum is unique and informed by both experienced consultation groups and the Mitacs national community of academic researchers.
