Come and experience the Library鈥檚 new Virtual Reality (VR) headset!
A Meta Quest 3 headset was recently acquired and added to the Library鈥檚 VR Room along with a batch of new apps and games. The new VR headset provides both a wired and wireless playing experience along with integrated 3D spatial audio. Additionally, the new VR headset offers an extended reality experience that includes both mixed and virtual reality.
New comprise a wide range of experiences including but not limited to creative, historical, learning, and medical apps as well as action, adventure, narrative, puzzle, rhythm and simulation games. Academic staff interested in getting apps or games added to the VR headset for their courses or research can make requests with their liaison librarian.
