The ITS Solutions Centre phone support hours will be changing for December 22, 23 & 24, 2025. On December 22nd & 23rd the hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on December 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). We will retun to our normal phone support hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting on January 5, 2026.

We are making this service change due to reduced phone support requests and fewer personnel.
