All full-time students taking three or more classes are automatically registered into the ULSU Health & Dental benefits. If you have alternate insurance coverage, you can opt out of the ULSU coverage. To opt out, you must submit the online opt-out form, located on the Student page of the Bridge. The deadline is Friday, Sept. 26.听 Opt out is an annual process.听
If you are retaining the ULSU coverage,聽 stop by the Students' Union (SU180) to pick up a benefit card and a brochure or check out studentvip.ca/ulsu for the coverage information.
If you have a spouse or dependent to add onto the coverage please contact Shelley at su.health@uleth.ca.
