Contemplating and Questioning Reality
Alb茅ric Aurten猫che, a French-born Qu茅b茅cois filmmaker, will speak about his career and making movies in Canada and elsewhere. Having directed the short film,聽L'appel du vide,聽in 2008, Aurten猫che won a Jutra Award in 2011 for the short film聽惭'辞耻惫谤颈谤.听In 2017, his聽Sigismond sans image,聽also a multiple-award winner, was part of the International competition at Clermont-Ferrand. These films, along with his full-length movie,聽La Contemplation du myst猫re聽(2021), explore a common thread: questioning reality.
