Sandeep Parmar
Dr. Sandeep Parmar is an alumnus of the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge and a currently practicing optometrist at Eye Appeal Vision Care. During her academic career, she was an active member of the UofL Students’ Union, serving as both an Arts and Science representative (2015-2017) and the Vice President Academic (2017-2018). In these roles, she focused on advocating for student well-being as the foundation for their success. Sandeep completed her optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, where she worked with disadvantaged members of the community to improve their visual health. Since returning to Lethbridge, the community she now calls home, Sandeep hopes to use her diverse perspective and experiences to continue to support the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge and its role in the wider community of Southern Alberta.
