Space Request
When there is a proposed change in space allocation (assignment) or change in the use or function of an existing space resource, a Space Request Form must be completed by the unit proposing a change in order for Campus Development to formally review, recommend and administer a change to any campus space resource.
Often when no appropriate or vacated space exists on campus, space requests are asking to displace the activities of another unit for reasons believed to be of higher priority. To maintain fairness in space allocations and to address institutional priorities first, Campus Development performs a short assessment of the proposed change or request for new space and makes a recommendation to the Vice President (Finance + Administration) where a final determination and direction are made.
