The Dhillon School of Business at the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge has established a new award to be given annually to a graduating Indigenous student who exemplifies academic achievement, cultural integrity and outstanding character.Brayden Day Chief is the first recipient of the Poomaksin Pens Award, which consists of the pen set and $500, because of his academic success and his vision for leadership in business and governance.

Ward Bros. Construction has been selected to renovate the Centre for Community Wellbeing (CCW), on the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Lethbridge campus, which will house the new Southern Alberta Medical Program (SAMP). An innovative partnership between the Ãâ·Ñ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß¿´Æ¬ of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine (CSM) and ULethbridge, SAMP offers students the opportunity to earn a UCalgary medical degree while completing their training in southern Alberta.
