We invite undergraduate and master鈥檚 students to join us for a day dedicated to sharing ideas and celebrating student scholarship. Whether you鈥檙e looking to perfect a paper you鈥檝e already written or simply want to see what your peers are working on, we鈥檇 love to have you there. Breakfast and lunch is included for all participants.
How to Apply
You don't need to send us your full paper! We select presentations based on a .
Your abstract should clearly outline your thesis, methodology, and core conclusions. Since accepted abstracts will be featured in the conference program, try to make yours engaging to help draw an audience to your talk. If it needs a little polish, don鈥檛 worry鈥攚e鈥檒l provide feedback so you can refine it and resubmit.
Presentation Styles
Paper Sessions: These are 30-minute blocks (20 minutes to present and 10 minutes for questions). We group these by topic, like Canadian History, Mythology, or Medieval Europe etc.
Panel Sessions: If you and a few friends are working on similar topics (perfect for final-year seminars!), you can propose a full panel together. This usually involves a series of short talks followed by a group discussion.
